Charging
◆ Use Matched or approved chargers to charge our Lithium ion products, otherwise may lead to shorten battery life or cause battery failure;
◆ Prohibited to directly touch positive and negative electrodes with conductive objects during charging;
◆ Charge the battery within 0℃-40℃,remember to charge the battery after daily use;
◆ When we send the battery to our clients, the capacity is around 80%, remember to fully charge the battery before use;
◆ It is not recommended to charge the lithium battery at home. During charging, please place the charger and battery in an open and safe place that is stable, dry, free of inflammable and explosive materials and inaccessible to children;
◆ The charger may be hot during charging, it is normal as long as the temperature is lower than 60℃;br />◆ Battery should be recharged at least 3 hours within 24 hours after fully discharging;
Discharging
◆ Our products can only be used in certain matched electric bicycles proved by our company , we will not give warranty if our battery is used for other electrical equipment;
◆ If the electric vehicle's controller, motor, speaker, or lighting equipment is damaged or improperly matched, it will cause large current discharging. At this time, the battery will also stop output for a protective function. After the power is turned off, it can be resumed by restarting. Your ride will not have any effect;
◆ Our product is suitable for the temperature range: -10 °C to 45 °C; like all other batteries, as the temperature decreases, the battery capacity will be reduced, it is normal;
◆ When using Lithium ion battery, water, beverages and corrosive liquids should be avoid to prevent leakage, heat, smoke ,fire and explosion;
◆ Forbidden to use more than 2 units of battery in parallel connection. We will not give warranty if you do so;
Storage
◆ IF lithium ion battery need long time storage ( more than 1 month) we recommend you to charge the battery 1-2 hours every month and put the battery in cool, dry and safe environments with 40-60% capacity;
◆ During the storage of lithium batteries, metal objects should not be allowed to enter the battery box, which may lead to leakage, heat, smoke, fire and explosion of the battery;
◆ Avoid close proximity of lithium batteries to heat sources, open flames, flammable and explosive gases, and liquids, which may lead to battery leakage, heat, smoke, fire, and explosion;
◆ It is forbidden to dismantle the battery or modify the battery without authorization. Otherwise, it will not be warranted;
Warning
◆ This product should be repaired by our company's professional maintenance person or our designated maintenance department. If you open the battery case by yourself, the warranty service will be terminated;
◆ Our company is not responsible for any problems caused by opening the battery case or modifying the battery;
◆ If you find that the battery is deformed or heated, you should stop using;
◆ In case of fire, do not use water to directly extinguish the battery. It is recommended to use sand cover, foam fire extinguisher, and thick cloth soaked with water to extinguish organic solvents;
◆ Our company is not responsible for the battery failure caused by not charge the fully charged battery in time;
◆ Do not dispose lithium ion battery optionally;
